Our Life Together: Christian Education & Formation - Adults
Our need to continually grow in our faith and learn about Christian faith and practice does not stop at any age. Thus,
we at Second Congregational United Church of Christ join together for a wide variety of opportunities for adults to enrich
their faith and understanding.
Sunday Mornings
At 9:30 am on Sundays, the hour prior to our Sunday morning worship at 10:30 am, we currently offer a couple adult
Sunday School options, each of which is open to any and all who wish to participate:
- The Koffee Klass
A long standing tradition at Second Congregational, the Koffee Klass is a discussion group that gathers to discuss and
explore a wide variety of topics, often having a contemporary issues and/or current events focus. The Klass often uses
videos as further material for their discussion, such as the "Living the Questions" series.
- Pastor Mike's Bible Study
An engaging bible study group meets with Pastor Mike in his office at 9:30 am. They delve into deep levels of bible study, usually working their way sequentially through a book of the Bible. All are welcome to join at any time!
